When staying-in (and staying safe) is a mandatory and no longer a leisure, would you do it in style?
Today's my first blog entry of my new Sketchbook Stories series where I'll be sharing my fashion sketches/ illustrations and maybe some stories (either behind the illustrations, or just plain fictional stories I might come up with myself, or a mix of both lol!).
So let me introduce you to Leigh, she's cozied up in in a corner of her modern Victorian living room at Upper East Side, Manhattan on a summer night. She's wearing the soft silky dress from Blumarine Fall 2008, completed with the matching soft fluffy cardigan (the actual runway piece of the outfit in the visual below).
I had so much fun illustrating the wall chandeliers, the 2 hanging paintings and the book she has her hand on. I love how it adds a bit more character to Leigh!
